RETURNS POLICY
IMPORTANT: Please contact us before making any returns.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll happily accept a return subject to the following conditions: 

  • Sale items or items purchased during a promotional event are not eligible for a refund. 
  • Item/s must be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase; 
  • Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed;

We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns time frame. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. HC&S takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by HC&S

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

1) SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST:

Within 14 days of receiving your order please email using the contact form below with your full name, invoice number and the product you wish to return.

2) WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION:

Once you have registered for a return we will assess your request and will notify you of the outcome. We will do our best to get back to you within 24-48 hours of receiving your return request and contact you email to advise the next steps.


EXCHANGE

We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items as we make to order and don't carry stock. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse in the original condition. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
