I wanted to let you all know what's happening here at HC&S and acknowledge these uncertain times. Our main focus is the well being of our communities and for that, I am carefully monitoring the daily developments of the COVID-19 situation worldwide.

IMPORTANT: At this stage, we're still able to fulfil your orders but currently it is taking up to a month for orders to be delivered. Please bare this in mind when placing your order as the shipping times are out of our control at this stage.

Our fulfilment times for printing our tees is longer than our usual times:

EUROPE: 10-13 Business days
REST OF THE WORLD: 17-23 Business days.

Please note most orders are shipped to our customers within 10-15 business days after order fulfilment. Please be aware that due to the Covid-19 situation some delivery delays may be expected.  Therefore we ask customers to allow the carrier an extra 10 business days after the last estimated delivery date to finalize the delivery.

There will be longer delays for customers in Australia, New Zealand and the USA due to reduced capacity at our US facilities following the authorities guidelines. Delivery times may be longer than usual for those countries.
What we're doing now to help:
    • Changing all customer contact points including the order confirmation email to highlight these delays.
    • Providing affected customers the option to cancel their order before shipment.
    • Bringing on additional resources to help with customer support inquiries.
    • Potentially suspending all of our embroidery products due to extended fulfilment delays outside of our control.
