I wanted to let you all know what's happening here at HC&S and acknowledge these uncertain times.Ā Our main focusĀ is the well being of our communities and for that, I am carefully monitoring the daily developments of the COVID-19 situation worldwide.Ā

IMPORTANT: At this stage, we're still able to fulfil your orders but currently in some cases it is taking up to a monthĀ for orders to be delivered. PleaseĀ bare this in mind when placing your order as the shipping times are out of our control at this stage.
Our fulfilment times for printing our tees are back to usual times:
EUROPE/AUSTRALIA: 2-7 Business days
REST OF THE WORLD: 7-10 Business days.
Please note most orders are shipped to our customers within 10-15Ā business days after order fulfilment.Ā Please be aware that due to the Covid-19 situation some delivery delays may be expected.Ā Therefore we ask customers to allow the carrier an extra 10 business days after the last estimated delivery date to finalize the delivery.
There will be longer delays for customers in New Zealand and the USA due to reduced capacity at ourĀ US facilities following theĀ authoritiesĀ guidelines. Delivery times may be longer than usual for those countries.

What we're doing now to help:
- Changing all customer contact points including the order confirmation email to highlight these delays.
- Providing affected customers the option to cancel their order before shipment.
- Bringing on additional resources to help with customer support inquiries.
- PotentiallyĀ suspending all of our embroideryĀ products due to extended fulfilment delays outside of our control.
